Staying Grounded in Challenging Times
April 4 @ 10:00 am - 10:30 pm| Free
Many of you have heard me tell the story of the esteemed Zen Master who is grounded, centered and present despite what might be happening around him. One of his students, who is more like you and I, was bemoaning the fact that he got knocked off center constantly by the events of his life. The student cried, “I wish I could be more like you. You never lose your center!” The Zen Master just smiled and replied, “I get knocked off center all the time. The difference between you and me is that I recover so fast that no one notices.”
And so the work begins…
- Current climate of shifting sand
- Redefining grounding and stability
- Staying purposeful
- Exploring opportunities that come with adversity
- Defining your next steps
